In other manuals, it was already mentioned that service discovery for macOS seems to be important:

It was not there before, but I have nothing against mentioning that.

But IMHO we would first need to check if that is even true today and not some old legacy requirement.

From what I have seen, with the service discovery there are less problems and the Apple OSes seem to use it. Possible, that it might technically work without.

Thinking about it, this IMHO does not belong here.
I personally think of this page more as a manual for end users, not server admins.
So the well known warning belongs to the Apache and reverse proxy docs and not here IMHO.
