Done in commit 3578d1c. The primary fix is updating user_manual/_templates/versions.html to remove the RTD-specific /builds and /projects navigation links that caused lychee to fail on every user_manual page. Additionally, all applicable link fixes from PR #14231 have been ported to stable32 (changing hardcoded https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/32/... URLs to internal :doc: and :ref: references). Files that don't exist in stable32 (e.g. lexicon.rst, uninstallation.rst) were skipped.
