Save unsubmitted form data in database

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user I wanna be able to fill a single form in multiple sessions with different (devices, browsers)

Describe the solution you'd like

• Save unsubmitted form data for logged-in users in the database
• possibility to also delete it
• Maybe get rid of Remember input in LocalStorage #1382 or update it ?
