Since the last update, an error message appears when the form is submitted. However, the entries are successfully saved.

We wrapped it in a try/catch, so I don't know how this error 500 can come up to the front-end... Do you have any idea?

I think the problem is we are catching \Exception, which afaik is a sibling to \Error. So here we are effectively only catching deliberately thrown exceptions, not actual runtime errors at language-level. (which this is since we're calling a string method on null)

The actual bug is with notifications, but we can strengthen our catch but handling all throwables like so catch (\Throwable)
