Copy-paste of results has empty lines in wrong space

From the responses, I often want to copy the text of one response and put it in an email or text document. What I copy from is this:

Now the text coming out of that is this, with an empty line between the heading and the answer, whereas the answer doesn’t have an empty line to the next question – kind of the other way around than it would be ideally:

Start date

29 September 2020
End date

5 October 2020

This is what I would instead expect and always change it to:

I'm not sure if this can be achieved without breaking the layout... Perhaps someone more into HTML/CSS could step up and assess this.

@marcoambrosini do you happen to have any ideas here, HTML structure-wise? Maybe this is a general issue in our components, where breaks are introduced where there should be none. Because normally headings do not automatically insert an empty line below.
