Steps to reproduce

1. Create form with a text field and 3 radio button options for answers
2. Submit some test data
3. View results

Expected behaviour

Radio buttons question should show either the option numb

Actual behaviour

Radio-button question labels responses with a code (opt3e4c1927) rather than the option (Saturday only) selecte

This was fixed in v1.1.0 — the Results summary chart and legend now show option labels instead of internal IDs like opt3e4c1927. We've also applied an additional fix for the chart legend in the upcoming v1.1.2. Please update to the latest version.
