csv export of German characters causes issues

Steps to reproduce

1. write questions or receive text answers containing characters such as ä,ö,ü,ß
2. export the answers via csv

Expected behaviour

Questions and answers are correctly rendered with their respective characters.

Actual behaviour

Wrong characters are inserted such as "ö" for "ö", "ü" for "ü".

Server configuration

Web server: Apache

Database: Tested on MySQL

Nextcloud version: Tested on 33.0.0

Thanks for reporting @argonimos! This is fixed in v1.1.2 — CSV exports now include a UTF-8 BOM so Excel on Windows correctly recognises the encoding. German characters (ä, ö, ü, ß) should display correctly now. Please update to the latest version.
