Sections are not working with pages enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a form
2. Enable "Pages"
3. Add a section with "test" title
4. Add a question
5. Try to move the question to "test" section using the drop-down menu

Expected behaviour

The question should be move under "test" section like it is the case when "pages" are disabled.

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens. The click in the menu doesn't work.

Server configuration

Web server: Apache

Database: Maria

PHP version: 8.4

Nextcloud version: 32.0.4
