The username (userId) is generated on the backend, sometimes it is the email, but sometimes it is hashed. So we need to return the created userId and then use this one for the setting up following shares. Sev2 hotfix release. Backport of #1571 to the 4.7 line, requested by @susnux.
Also backfills the missing 4.7.2 CHANGELOG entry that was omitted when 4.7.2 was tagged.
