Rework About section

About section in Mail Settings only contains a reference to CKEditor and its license. Actually, I don't even know if the license notice applis to CKEditor or the Mail app.
Additionally, as for any About block, I would expect it to contain the App version.

Thanks for the request, @mat-m! I full agree and that is our long term plan with the new About especially regarding app version.

I'm not sure about listing the license of CKEditor, because we also don't do that for the many other FLOSS packages used in our app. But it's an interesting idea.
