Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a Nextcloud Mail user I want to be able to create a mailing list based on Nextcloud Teams without the need for an admin to set it up.
Describe the solution you'd like
Offer a way to set up mailing lists from Mail.
The mailing list should get a dedicated address. Incoming messages are distributed to all team members.
This requires an integration with a mailing list software.
