Copied links from web pages disappear when using Microsoft Edge #12484

Description

@razerrazer

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a web page and copy the link from the address-bar

  2. Open Nextcloud Mail.

  3. Create a new email message.

  4. Paste the copied link into the email body.

  5. Send the email.

Expected behavior

When a user copies a hyperlink from a adress-bar and pastes it into the body of an email in Nextcloud Mail using Microsoft Edge, the link should be preserved and included in the sent email.

The recipient should receive the email with the pasted link fully visible and clickable, exactly as it appeared when composed.

The behavior should be consistent across browsers, matching the correct functionality observed when using Google Chrome.

Actual behavior

When copying a hyperlink from a web page and pasting it into the body of an email in Nextcloud Mail using Microsoft Edge, the link is not preserved after the email is sent.

The email appears to be sent successfully, but the recipient receives the message without the pasted link. The link is completely missing from the email content.

This issue occurs consistently and has been reproduced by multiple users across several versions of Nextcloud Mail. The same steps work as expected when using Google Chrome.

Mail app version

The issue is reproducible in version 5.5.15 and in all previously tested versions.
