Currently, the "Summarize" feature in Nextcloud Mail is a global implementation linked to the Nextcloud Assistant. There is no way for an individual user to opt-out or hide this feature if they don't want to use it, or if they have specific privacy concerns regarding their email content being processed by LLMs.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see a toggle in the Mail Settings (User settings, not just Admin) that allows each user to:
- Enable or disable the "Summarize" button (and other AI features)
- If disabled, no data should be reachable or sent to the Assistant from the Mail app for that specific user.

No alternative on the user side.
