Sending produces "Error when parsing angle address." again ...

Steps to reproduce

Don´t know if the reason is the same like last week but since todays update to 5.9.0:

Sending to any email address produces "Error when parsing angle address." From the dovecot and exim logs it appears that sending is not even attempted (no entries at all). Nextcloud log is attached.

Is it a duplicate? As I said "Sending to any email address" - any. I definitely had no digits in my email addresses so this is different.

Well, when the reporter in #12992 defined as root cause 'validate' => $this->eai ? 'eai' : true in vendor/bytestream/horde-mail/lib/Horde/Mail/Transport.php line ~137 - I can confirm that setting it to false enables sending in my case. So maybe you were right and it is a kind of duplicate

Thanks for the input. Please also try with 5.9.1 and report if it works without that manual change?

Yes, I will Update to 5.9.1 once it is available in the stable update channel and report back.
