Support sharing folders with "Add share link from Nextcloud Files" action #7387

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I presume that the file-picker is the responsible component for this but:
I think there it would be reasonable to let users share folders as links too when you click "Add share link from Nextcloud Files".
I mean if I have ordered the stuff I need to share in a directory anyway (because it's not one-two files) that's way easier.
Technically the string doesn't say file, so I presumed creating a link to folder also work.

#6080 Would make this harder I think, as folders cannot be added as an single attachment.
So if you make share-link and add-attachment the same action - initially -, the file picker would need to have different possibilities based on selection is a folder or file.
Okay, folders could be either attached as:
- attaching all their items - recursively! - which makes file picker even more complicated, and the share loses it hierarchical metadata!
- attaching as zip - maybe okay, but that's another complication anyway. And then let's support creating password protected zips, compression level and different archives, etc.
