Integrate social sharing buttons

With Nextcloud 12 we will introduce social sharing buttons. You can find the buttons here https://github.com/nextcloud/socialsharing. Each button is a app so that the admin can decide which social networks are available. This is how it looks for public links:

Think it would be nice if the same share button would also show up in the news app allowing me to easily share a article on a social network. What do you think?

If it's shipped in the default distro I think it would make sense for the sake of consistency. Implementation should be done using the plugin api. We will just ship some default plugins :)

I don't have a working PHP install right now (segfaults) so I can't get this feature into the next release.

A plugin for Circles would be pretty useful.
