Importing note from other app duplicates the title

I was using OpenTasks (https://github.com/dmfs/opentasks/issues) and switched to the Nextcloud Notes app.

In open tasks, I opened each task and chose add note to share the note with NC Notes.

In each instance that I did this, the title would be duplicated once and sometimes twice.

So if the original title of the note in OpenTasks is "Movies to Watch" the NC app shows "Movies to WatchMovies to Watch"

To reproduce:

In open tasks, select a task. I created a test note with the title "Test" and the text "Test Note" as the note body.

Choose 3 dot menu and select Send To
Select New Note
NC Notes opens with the OpenTaskss note

The title of the note is:

"Test: Test"

The body of the note is:
Test: Test

Test note

Status: needs action

I attached a screenshot of the newly created note.

I expect that the title wouldn't be duplicated and also added to the body of the note.

I'm using Nextcloud Notes 4.1.0 downloaded from F-Droid on a Samsung S24 running Android 14.

My Nextcloud server is running 28.0.1.
