Automatically select text when editing title

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

STR:

1. Create a new note, or tap into an existing one
2. Tap "Edit" (or the title) at the top to change the title

Obviously if I'm opening this dialog, I want to change the title. But I have to manually select the text to delete it.

Describe the solution you'd like

The title should be automatically highlighted for me.

Additional context

I'm on Notes Android 4.3.1. The keyboard is GBoard.
