App crashes when viewing error log after synchronization failure in version 4.5.0

Describe the bug

When I'm getting a synchronisation failed message and want to check out more details it now crashes with version 4.5.0
This did not happen with 4.4.2

I tested this on two separate devices (a tablet and a phone which run different Android versions)

Expected behavior

It should show what exactly failed (the log)

I did some research. On September 11, 2025 Nextcloud Single Sign On 1.33-rc1 was released and introduced a breaking change. Nextcloud Commons is built with the older version of SSO. However, the notes app does explicitly reference the new SSO version since this commit on September 11, 2025 which is not compatible with the Commons yet.

Issue is not present on Notes release 4.4.2. Just download the older APK file from here, install it and do NOT update it until a fix is implemented.

Can confirm that this is not present within 4.4.2 with Nextcloud 32. But occurs with the latest version also under Android 16.

Same here on Android 11. Release 4.5.0 also caused: #2850

Same issue, Android 16, Nextcloud patched to 31.0.7 yesterday.

Notes are syncing though, when viewed in the Notes webapp. The android app shows a sync icon next to the notes modified since the server upgrade, so I'm guessing the app isn't getting the success status of the sync back.
