Fix Xcode Build and Czech Localization
- Closes #83: Changed presentation style of internal editor to full screen to leverage the entire screen on iPads. - Added a dismiss button to the integrated editor to enable dismissal of the full screen presentation which does not work with swipe gestures as before. - Removed obsolete compatibility code. - Updated appearance of undo and redo buttons to use SF Symbols like in example Pages by Apple. Raised Marketing Version to 4.3.1
