Dashboard widget does not list saved notes

Please make a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Saved notes do not appear in the dashboard widget, both existing notes and new notes created through the widget.

Steps to reproduce

1. From the NextCloudPi dashboard, with the notes widget shown
2. Select + New note
3. Create a note and save it

Expected behaviour

On returning to the dashboard, the note is listed in the widget.

Actual behaviour

No notes are listed in the widget

Unsure if this is a problem with Notes, Dashboard, the specific Dashboard widget for Notes, or the fact that databasing changed between NC32 and NC33. Using either NC 33.0.0 or 33.0.2, I can corroborate that while the widget is unable to show notes, selecting the Notes app does in fact correctly display them and allow them to be edited.

Let me know if result of sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/occ config:list system is in fact salient, as I may have already overshared.
