Ability to disable Versioning for External Storage (or select folders) #11086
Description
I noticed that when versioning is enabled, all files and folders are subject to versioning. Including external storage locations.
It would come in handy if one could toggle between on and off for folders and external storages.
ie. I have an external storage which already creates versions itself I do not need another set of versions. This just eats the space of my nextcloud data location.
