Currently, changes to files etc are not visible in the web interface until one manually refreshes the respective page in the browser. That is, when I create or change a file locally and the change is being synced by the desktop client or another user makes changes to the contents of a shared directory, this change isn't visible until reloading the page.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Nextcloud interface should be responsive in a similar fashion to those of Google drive or Dropbox, and auto-refresh in real time whenever there is a change to a file on the server.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't know, actually. We are in the 21rst century, the technology is there and while I am aware of the need to refresh the page manually, many other users are not, from which a lot of confusion arises. So I'd say, There is no alternative™

Especially during an upload with large files/long duration users tend to press "refresh page" in the browser in order to see the uploaded files in the cloud. Often they are not aware that they stop/break the upload with this action leading to complaints about missing files.
