Create a DELETE API for calendar events

When booking an appointment, the booking user currently has no possibility to cancel their booking after it has been written to CalDAV. While the attendance can be updated (PARTSTAT DECLINED), this does not remove the event from the conflict check. The user should be able to set the ICAL STATUS to CANCELLED.
