Share the document link, click to set the permission for the document to be blocked on the screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to the system
2. Click to view document details
3. Click the document permission setting icon

Set permissions for users with document links

I confirm the bug on NC 26: UI freezes when I try to open details pane for a folder; after a while firefox alerts that a page is slowing the browser; when I accept to block it, again it is possible to click on UI elements. The error does not occur triggering files' details but i got "Error getting related resources" but it seems to work fine. Same behavior on chromium.

The server is an arch linux machine with PHP 8.2.4, mariadb 10.11.2, apache 2.4.56 and nextcloud 26.0.0 from official repository (not fresh install, encryption disabled).
