[Bug]: Improve the readability of sidebar tab titles in Slovak language

Bug description

Sidebar tabs titles are not readable in Slovak language when there are 5 tabs (when talk app is enabled there will be 5 tabs).

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose Slovak language
2. Enable talk app
3. Go to 'Files' app
4. open context menu for any file(not folder) and click 'details' to open sidebar
5. observe the tab titles

Expected behavior

Tab titles should be fully visible and readable.

The other variable here is window or screen size. For example, 5 tabs was no problem in my initial testing, but if I make the window much smaller, sure.

It's a bit less likely to occur today with comments being collapsed into the Activity tab. I had to enable another app in addition to Talk (the Approval app) to get to 5 tabs.
