Automatically suggest to share with someone if you @mentioned them

Currently if you @mention someone in a comment on a file which is not shared by them, they will not be able to read the comment and you won’t know about that either.

If you @mention someone in a comment on a file/folder, there should be a suggestion to share with them.

Ideally this should already be while you type the comment, for example as a tooltip:

This file isn’t shared with @schiessle yet. [ Share now ]

And a click on »Share now« should automatically trigger a share with that person in a seamless flow. Ideally not even go to the Share tab for that but just do it in the background.
