Selector to show date and size in files app human readable format, localise it

Please, add UI selector to switch between human readable format and full format for the date and file/folder size. This will allow users to tailor their UX. 

Additionally, add localisation for the size meters: B, KB, MB, GB, TB, PB in native languages.
