Clarify Error Messaging When Moving or Copying Files to Invalid Folders From Web UI

When a user tries to move or copy valid files to an invalid folder, they are unable to press the move or copy button. The server has already disabled these buttons, but it’s unclear to the user what to do or what the issue is.

Suggestion

Display a message to the user explaining exactly why this action cannot be taken.
