Bug description

I did an update via web from 28.0.12.2 to 29.0.9 which aborts with the following error (end of logfile)

nextcloud is now inoperabel (when I do a web login with admin I get "Aktualisierung starten".

what should I do to get it running again e.g. with version 28.0.12.2.
The update process does automatically an udate to .../data/updater-oce530a2e556/ . Does it help to get back to 28.0.12.2 ?

Index name "photo_id" for table "oc_facefinder_facedetaction_face_photo_module" collides with the constraint on table "oc_facefinder_exif_photo_module".

facefinder is not our code. Only reference I could find to these table names is in some ancient Owncloud app: https://github.com/noldmess/EagleEye

Maybe it was once in place and uninstalled long ago?
