Show recent sharees when adding members to a team #55780

When adding members to a team, the dialog currently shows 5 users I’ve shared something with in the past. However, this list does not reflect the most recent users — it appears to only include the first 5 users I ever shared with.
Expected behavior:
The list of suggested users should display the most recent users I’ve interacted or shared with, rather than the earliest ones.
Why it matters:
This change would make the “Add Members” flow more intuitive and time-saving, as users are more likely to re-share with recent collaborators than with older ones.
Suggested improvement:
• Sort the suggested users by the timestamp of the last shared action (most recent first).
• Optionally, increase the limit from 5 to a slightly higher number (e.g. 10) to make suggestions more useful.
