[files_external] cannot access external local storage

Of note, it doesn't seem to matter what I chose for my external storage. They all come up red. And just to expel any notions of permission issues, here is the www-data user in the nextcloud-aio container running an ls on the local mount

@miversen33 The HAR files are not accessible without having to use 3rdparty accounts (google).

I tried to reproduce it but for me it works as expected, so I guess its a configuration issue with the webserver / php / aio.

Maybe thats the problem that the owner is uid 3003 and not www-data,
