[Bug]: File drop: "note to recipient" text area UI bug

Bug description

When you expand the text area for "note to recipient", its size goes over the other checkboxes:

Steps to reproduce

1. Share a folder for file drop
2. Open detailed settings
3. Change the size of the "note to recipient" text area.
