[Bug]: Drag and Drop Folder upload ist not possibile

Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
Apache/2.4.66 (Debian)
PHP 8.3.30
mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.11.14-MariaDB
redis-cli 7.0.15

when i try to upload an folder with files then the nextcloud server Create the folder in my home directory and then the web client try to upload the files in the right folder. but the right folder dosnt exist then.

/TestFolder/upload/ <= uplode an folder hier with name "test123" with file 1.txt and 2.txt

the server create her the folder

/test123/

an then the client trys to upload the files here but the folder dosn't exist
/TestFolder/upload/test123/

can everyone help me?
