Change frame rate for screen sharing

How I can change frame rate for screen sharing? I need 24 fps for cool work.
Now I have ~10-15 fps.
Video with camera is ok.

The framerate can be requested through the constraints when calling getUserMedia, though I don't know what the allowed min/max values of browsers are.

@fancycode I'm sorry but I don't get it. We're runnig v5.0.2 and I can't find where I can adjust this value.
Any pointers on where to modify this?

Can do you add a new setting in app settings for maxFrameRate?
Now I change it only in simplewebrtc.js file.
Default maxFrameRate equal 3

After each update I need change this file again

It would be great to have a settings section to allow each user to set this personally.
