Hide name/target overlay when no movement

When you are in a call/meeting and view someone screen, you have an overlay at the bottom.

This overlay may overlap information and is at least a little bit distracting.

It would be nice to hide (fade out) it conditionally.
My suggestions would be two conditions:

• when the mouse is outside of the application window
• when no mouse movement for some time (5 seconds)
