Unload chat messages to retain performance

Until we have a virtual scrolling list for chat messages, we should unload messages (remove from store) when you are navigating to a different room and only keep like the last 200 or something.

Otherwise very active rooms become almost unusable over the day and have huge delays when opening (especially after you scrolled up a bit to load history)
