Steps to reproduce

1. Be part of a room that has breakout rooms as normal participant
2. Check left sidebar: no breakout rooms
3. Check dashboard fix(dashboard): Hide breakout rooms from dashboard widgets #8918
4. and dashboard widget

Expected behaviour

Also no breakout rooms

Actual behaviour

Breakout rooms are shown
