Export csv should keep export with the local adjustment

Apply filters and do some local adjustment.

Export is not filtered.

Export should always export the current visible view.

@Aveyron-RetD What sort of local adjustments do you mean? Search and sort? Because when I create a view with filters, I'm able to export just the filtered view
