Update open view immediately when changed by other user #2391

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
- User A has a view open
- User B updates a row
- User A doesn't see the change until a refresh
Describe the solution you'd like
It should constantly check for updated fields and update the view.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Full collaborative editing like in text editor, but I don't think it's necessary for tables.
