I don't feel like it's a productive use of people's time to dig in biocontainers for an image, can we just provide them in the final exercise here?

Agreed - particularly given that Seqera Containers exists.

  • Best option is no digging as proposed.
  • Second-best option is Seqera Community Containers.

Totally agree. There's a bunch of updates we gotta work on, mostly in the fundamentals training that has been somewhat put aside for a while as we have new up to date / more targeted training materials.

I kind of feel like even Seqera Containers is out of scope a bit here- the section is just about the usage of container and conda directives. SC kind of needs its own sections if it's going to be included, IMO.

But I'll let you guys make the call!
