Feature Request: Add Vietnamese (vi-VN) Language Support / Localization

Summary

I would like to request Vietnamese (vi-VN) language support for the application's user interface.

Motivation & Context

Open Design has a growing community of developers and designers in Vietnam. Adding Vietnamese localization will significantly lower the barrier to entry, improve overall user onboarding, and provide a much better experience for non-English native speakers.

Suggested Implementation

• Introduce an i18n localization file/bundle for Vietnamese (e.g., locales/vi.json or equivalent structure).
• Allow users to switch between languages in the Settings/Preferences menu.
• (Optional) Auto-detect system language on initial launch.

Willingness to Contribute

I am willing and happy to contribute by providing or reviewing the Vietnamese translations via a PR if a localization framework is already in place (or once it is set up).
