I've created #1364 to document the solution for this problem.

There was also an internal discussion looking for a clear reference point for NGINX component compatibility (e.g F5 WAF for NGINX, NGINX Plus and NGINX Ingress Controller versions), which I may try to solve as part of the work.

@ohad-perets Is 5.7 the latest version of the compiler, enforcer, config manager and ip-intelligence packages?
