OIDC deployment guides update for NGINX Plus R36

This PR covers updates to the deployment guides for the Nginx Plus R36 OIDC module. In the R36 release, we added support for the following functionality:

OIDC front-channel logout
OIDC PKCE
client_secret_post as a client authentication method
