NIM: update current nim content to remove nms references

Proposed changes

• Updated NGINX Management Suite references to NGINX Instance Manager, with the exception to changelogs and issues list entries prior to NIM 2.19.0 where the NMS -> NIM consolidation took place
• Updated <NMS_FQDN> to <NIM_FQDN> in browser navigation steps or API call examples with the exception to issues list entries prior to NIM 2.19.0 where the NMS -> NIM consolidation took place
