Venator bow going 5 tick

I've been grinding colo for pet and using venator a lot and it's supposed to be 4 tick but the timer consistently counts it as 5 tick whenever swapping from a 5 tick weapon to the bow.

A few questions:

• Do you have the ornament kit for the bow?
• Can you remember when it started happening?
• Do you have a short video?

Are you using accurate instead of rapid?

I do have the ornament kit yes, and from as far as I can tell it started happening about 2 weeks or so ago, I can't remember exactly. And no, not using accurate instead of rapid. All I know is it used to work, and now it doesn't. Video below

No it doesnt, and it worked with the ornament kit a couple weeks ago so that shouldn't matter

I was asking to figure out how to debug problem and what might have broken. Guess I need to buy that kit...
