docs: publish the wiki generated from the repository Reference pages are generated by scripts/build_wiki.py from the assets, so they cannot drift from what the skills actually install. Narrative pages come from docs/wiki/ in the main repository. Editing a generated page here is pointless: the next build overwrites it.
