Correction on test 6.C from "Manual Test Script for Actor Framework Project Providers.docx"

Document states that one should "Right click on Charlie.lvlib and select Actor Framework » Create Messages for Actor."

This cause me confusion after not being involved in the AF for some time, since one cannot create a message actor by right clicking the library. 

I instead clicked on Charlie.lvclass, which is what should appear on the document instead of clicking on Charlie.lvlib.
