This is the complete backport of the 2024 Actor Framework Project Providers to 2020. It includes the VI Package, which will archive the developer's installed providers, and restore them if this package is uninstalled.
This pull request also satisfies Issue 17: https://github.com/ni/actor-framework/issues/17
