What does this Pull Request accomplish?
Allow using the examples with a newer version of nimi-python.
Why should this Pull Request be merged?
nimi-python gRPC support requires 1.4.3. Until nimi-python releases, we are using
dev-dependenciesto override the nimi-python version and this fails ifdependenciesanddev-dependenciesrequire conflicting versions.What testing has been done?

dev-dependenciesfornidmm_measurementand ranpoetry install.
